Scott,
You wouldn’t believe how many old friends I’ve heard from, all with similar stories. The credit union has a lot of unhappy campers right now. As loyal as I am to PTFCU/SEFCU I personally don’t use CU plastic any more, and won’t use it again until all the many bugs have been cured. Apparently no one remembered the good reasons for driving our own plastic card program many years ago, now they’re having to relearn the lessons. It’s been a nightmare for staff and members.
Ask them, they’ll probably refund the NSF fees, and maybe offer alternative ODP. Good luck.
