RE: Nerds On Site

Steve,

Thanks for the quick reply. Rest assured that your comment will be posted in
its entirety.

If I had to guess, I’d say that Blair meant no harm. I think he was trying
to convey that you are comfortable with NOS, but his actual words went too
far. Maybe Blair was having a bad week? Who knows. πŸ™‚

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your note.

You are 100% correct, and you do know me as well as you think you do. πŸ™‚

I have *NO* undisclosed connection with the Nerds guys. I’m neither on
their board nor in any involved with their operations. I have been a guest
speaker (via Skype or iChat I can’t recall which) at one of their corporate
meetings, and since that was fun I’ll probably do it again. And that was
long before they demonstrated any interest in sponsoring the podcast.

Also … I’m sure that Leo and I talked about that teleconference
appearance I made for the NOS meeting at least once and I think more than
once during the podcast. So even that, benign as it was, was disclosed
publicly.

You are welcome to post this or send this or do anything else with it that
you want. Also, any of the management of the Nerds On Site group would say
the same thing and confirm that I have no business affiliation of any kind
since from everything I have sen they are also all straight shooters.
