RE: FW: Account assistance please (KMM99580040I57L0KM)

Dawna,

It is an unfortunate fact that people who are trying to help me usually omit
a very critical factor. I am disabled, and I have to use a computer to speak
with. That means it’s really only a general waste of time to tell me to call
a telephone pool. Not only are they likely to have difficulty understanding
me, but they also lack any decision-making ability to help me.

By the way, you just earned a place in my blog about the routine hassles
faced by someone disabled. 🙂

Scott
